ARTISTIC VISION

RIBS is a period-piece drama with a timeless message about the physical preservation of media. Accordingly, we felt 35mm film is the best way to capture this story.

FINANCIAL SUPPORT

RIBS is an important story about dedication, authoritarianism, and art, with a beautiful, deeply meaningful “twist.” To preserve the mystery of the film, we decided not to go the traditional crowdsourcing routes to help raise financing, but we still want to include our community in the process.

We are proud to be Fiscally Sponsored by the Woodstock Film Festival, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Donations to Ribs are tax-deductible to the full extent of the law. Your generous contribution will support an outreach campaign to help RIBS reach a wide audience.

While any donation amount helps us bring our story to life, we’re asking for a minimum contribution of $25. In return, you’ll receive a download link for the completed film.

Those who contribute $500 (or more) will receive the film’s pitch materials, a specialized prop used in the production of the film, a signed screenplay, and an assortment of other perks!
